Regarding our hiring process, we don't maintain a traditional hiring team; our HR team handles the recruitment. Over the past few years, our external hiring needs have been minimal due to the specialized nature of our product development. We usually fill positions through references from former employees or recommendations from individuals who believe in our mission.

While our work typically requires Computer Science or Electronics Engineering backgrounds, we've welcomed individuals from diverse educational backgrounds. Some who faced challenges securing jobs elsewhere have excelled after joining our team.

Our organizational structure includes highly experienced individuals in full-time and consultancy roles alongside entry-level engineers. For freshers, we offer a unique six-month program consisting of Stage A and Stage B. Successful completion leads to opportunities to join our team as employees, with the possibility of accelerated tracks for outstanding performers.

As an innovation-centric hub, we prioritize staying updated on the latest industry tools and trends. Embracing risk-taking is encouraged, and we've designed our systems to readily adapt to new developments.
